#218TM is a classic tape measure made of fiberglass (so it won’t stretch like vinyl or fabric) with metal-clad ends. It measures 60″ on one side in sixteenths and 60″/152cm in millimeters on the other. Same as #242TM.
#244TM is a fiberglass crotch measuring tape with plastic crotch piece one end, metal-clad end on the other. Measures 60″ in eighths on one side, 152cm in millimeters on the other.
